Terms of service

1. Acceptance

By purchasing or using the Eventuri-AI desktop application and included Teensy 4.1 firmware ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License

Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Eventuri-AI on one (1) device for the duration of your plan. The license is personal and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.

3. Permitted Use

Eventuri-AI is an accessibility tool intended for use by individuals with motor disabilities in offline single-player games. You may not use the Software in online multiplayer environments, or in ways that violate the terms of any third-party software or service.

4. Device Activation

Each license activates on one device. You may transfer your license to a new device using the reset portal at eventuri-ai.com/reset. Transfers are limited per license.

5. Account

You must create an account to use the Software. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access.

6. Plans and Expiry

2-week and 1-month plans expire at the end of their term. Lifetime plans do not expire. Expired plans require a new purchase to continue using the Software.

7. Prohibited Actions

You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; attempt to bypass license validation; use the Software to harm others; or use it in violation of applicable law.

8. Disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for any damages arising from use of the Software.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these Terms. No refund will be issued upon termination due to violation.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Information used by the service

We process account details such as your email address, Discord account ID and username; licence and device records; hardware identifiers used for activation and firmware authorization; and operational records such as IP addresses and validation timestamps.

Payment records can include order and transaction identifiers, amounts, currencies, payment status, and refund or dispute events. If you contact support, we also receive the information you choose to send us. Vendor and marketplace features process the account information and model files supplied through those features.

How information is used

This information is used to sign you in, deliver purchases, validate licences, authorize firmware, provide support, maintain security, and manage payments, refunds and disputes.

Desktop processing

Screen capture, target detection and movement processing run in the desktop application. Account validation, firmware delivery and marketplace features communicate with our services. Capture methods can also involve devices or network sources that you configure.

Service providers

Discord is used for account sign-in and community access. Payment, email, hosting and storage providers process information needed to deliver their respective services. Their own privacy notices apply to information entered directly into their services. We do not sell personal data.

Payment details

Card details entered into a hosted payment page are handled by the payment provider. Our application does not collect or store your full card number or card security code. Crypto checkout records can include payment addresses and transaction information.

Retention

Account and licence records are retained as needed to operate the service. Expired accounts may be removed by cleanup processes. Payment, security and dispute records may remain after a licence expires or an account is removed, including where needed for recordkeeping or an outstanding dispute.

Your requests

To request access, correction or deletion of your information, contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some records may need to be retained for outstanding transactions, disputes or applicable obligations.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds within 48 hours of purchase if the Software does not function on your system and our support team is unable to resolve the issue. Refunds are not available after 48 hours or after the license key has been activated on a device.

How to Request

Email [email protected] with your order ID and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds if you change your mind, if you violate the Terms of Service, or if the issue is caused by incompatible third-party software on your system.
