New timed licences begin at first device activation. A renewal extends your existing licence, rather than creating an automatic subscription.

What exactly am I purchasing?

A personal licence for the Eventuri-AI Windows desktop app and our compatible Teensy 4.1 firmware, for your selected plan duration. Physical hardware is not included.

How is the software delivered?

After payment confirmation, installers are provided through member-only Discord channels or manually by support email. Your licence is linked to the account used at checkout.

Does ABCurves work with every device?

The current full Planner integration requires compatible EVENTURI-BOX / Teensy 4.1 firmware, a prepared Renderer profile and a supported mouse setup. MAKCU, MAKXD and Medius support other Eventuri features; they are not currently interchangeable with the EVENTURI-BOX Planner path.

Will my plan renew automatically?

No. The 14-day and 30-day plans are one-time purchases. Purchase another term to continue after expiry. The lifetime licence has no fixed expiry.

When can I request a refund?

The current policy provides a 48-hour window for unresolved technical issues, subject to eligibility. Refunds are not available after licence activation. Read the complete refund policy before purchase.

Can I transfer to another PC?

Use the device-transfer portal to move your licence to another PC. Transfers are limited per licence.
